Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes related to The Imaging Collective. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, copy or scrape it in bulk, or use it in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.

Event information

We work to keep event details, including the date, schedule, speakers, venue, partners, and pricing, accurate and current. Information on the Site is for general guidance and may change without notice. Please confirm key details before you travel or make plans.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design, are owned by or licensed to Mat-Rice Media LLC and The Imaging Collective and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and links

The Site uses and links to third-party services and websites, including Kit, Eventbrite, Square, social media platforms, and our event partners. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Ticketing and payments

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, and waitlist signups are handled through Kit. Ticket purchases are subject to Eventbrite’s terms and to any ticket terms shown at checkout, including pricing, availability, and refund or transfer rules. Voluntary event-support contributions are processed through Square. Payment-card information is handled by these third-party processors and is not directly stored by this Site.

Event-support contributions help produce The Imaging Collective experience. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a ticket.

Event changes or cancellations

We may change the event’s schedule, program, speakers, venue, or format, or postpone or cancel the event, for reasons including safety, capacity, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If an event is cancelled, any refund will be handled according to the ticket terms at the time of purchase.

Photography and video

Photography, video, and audio may be recorded at The Imaging Collective. By attending, you agree that we and our partners may capture your image, voice, and likeness and use that material to promote and document the event, including on the Site, on social media, and in future marketing, without compensation. If you have concerns, please tell a member of our team at the event or email us beforehand.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site is professional, medical, legal, or career advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mat-Rice Media LLC, The Imaging Collective, and their owners, organizers, partners, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site, third-party services, or attendance at the event. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the item giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you in full.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent version, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
