The Imaging Collective
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how The Imaging Collective: Atlanta 2026 website (the “Site”), operated by Mat-Rice Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information. We aim to collect only what is needed to run the event and keep our community informed.
Information we collect
The Site itself does not have user accounts, comment areas, or a contact form. We receive personal information only when you choose to give it to us through one of the following:
- Waitlist and email signups. When you join the waitlist or a newsletter list, you provide information such as your name and email address through a form hosted by Kit.
- Ticket purchases. If you buy a ticket, the transaction is completed on Eventbrite, which collects the details needed to process your order.
- Event-support contributions. If you make a voluntary contribution to support The Imaging Collective, the payment is completed through Square.
- Email. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- add you to the waitlist and send early-access links, ticket-sale reminders, and event updates;
- respond to your questions and requests;
- organize and communicate about The Imaging Collective: Atlanta 2026 and related community updates; and
- keep the Site and event running safely and in line with the law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We rely on outside services to run parts of the Site and event. Each handles your information under its own terms and privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them:
- Kit for waitlist and email signups and email delivery;
- Eventbrite for event ticketing and registration;
- Square for voluntary event-support contributions; and
- Google Fonts, which delivers the Site’s typefaces and may receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads.
Payments
Payment-card information is processed by third-party payment processors, such as Eventbrite and Square. The Imaging Collective website does not directly collect or store your payment-card numbers.
Event-support contributions
Contributions made through the Site are voluntary event-support contributions to help produce The Imaging Collective experience. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible. Any donation to DASH Center for the Arts is made directly with that organization on its own website and is governed by its own terms and policies.
External websites and links
The Site links to other websites and services, including our podcast, newsletter, social media pages, event partners, and DASH Center for the Arts. We do not control those sites or how they handle your information, and this Policy does not apply to them.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. The outside services listed above, including Kit and Eventbrite, may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you visit their pages or complete a form or purchase. If we add analytics or cookies to the Site in the future, we will update this Policy.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of our emails, by contacting us at acoupleofradtechs@gmail.com. Information held by Kit, Eventbrite, or Square is managed through those services.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and professionals in medical imaging. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information we control, but no website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent version.
