Six diverse medical imaging professionals in front of the Atlanta skyline

Attending The Event

PLAN | ATTEND | BE READY

Who can attend, what's included, tickets, timing, and parking.

  • The Imaging Collective is designed for radiologic technologists, medical imaging professionals, imaging students, educators, healthcare leaders, recruiters, and organizations that support the imaging profession. The goal is to create a space where the imaging community can connect, learn, explore career opportunities, and celebrate the profession together.

  • Yes. Imaging students with a valid student ID may attend by purchasing a student ticket using their school email address.

  • The daytime experience is designed specifically for imaging professionals and students. For The Imaging Collective Celebration in the evening, attendees are welcome to bring a spouse or plus-one who is not a technologist. Non-imaging guests should understand that the event is centered around the imaging profession, professional networking, vendors, leaders, and the imaging community.

  • Your ticket includes admission to the experience you purchased and access to the activities, programming, resources, refreshments, networking opportunities, and eligible giveaways taking place during that portion of the event.

If you purchase the bundle, you will have access to both the morning Rad Tech Reset and The Imaging Collective Celebration.

  • Yes. The Rad Tech Reset and The Imaging Collective Celebration are ticketed separately. You may purchase either experience individually or purchase a discounted bundle that includes both.

  • The Rad Tech Reset runs from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

From 12:00–7:00 PM, attendees are free to explore Atlanta and participate in The Imaging Collective Passport experience.

The Imaging Collective Celebration runs from 7:00–10:00 PM for evening ticket holders.

  • Yes. Parking is free at both event locations. Additional arrival and parking instructions will be provided to registered attendees before the event.

CE, Wellness & What to Expect

LEARN | MOVE | REFRESH

Continuing education, attire, Zumba, refreshments, and more.

  • Continuing education credit is currently pending approval. We are working toward offering CE credit as part of the morning educational programming. Final CE information will be communicated to registered attendees once approval is confirmed.

  • To qualify for CE credit, you must attend the entire approved session.

There will be a five-minute grace period after the session begins to complete the required attendance check-in. Attendees must remain through the end of the session to receive credit.

CE documentation will be emailed to qualifying attendees within approximately one week after the event.

  • Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Because the morning includes wellness activities and Zumba, comfortable clothing and shoes are encouraged if you plan to participate. You are welcome to dress in whatever way works best for your experience.

  • No. Zumba is completely optional. You are welcome to participate, watch, network, or enjoy the other available wellness and event activities.

  • Yes. Attendees will have access to the Reset Lounge, where you can refresh and hydrate after the wellness activities. Refresher kits will also be available, and restrooms are located nearby.

  • Yes. Light breakfast items, refreshments, beverages, hydration options, and protein snacks will be available during the morning experience. This is not intended to be a full breakfast or lunch service.

Careers & Recruiting

CONNECT | EXPLORE | GROW

Recruiters, virtual conversations, and your privacy.

  • Yes. Recruiters will participate both in person and virtually.

During The Collective Connection, attendees will have dedicated time to meet recruiters, learn about employment and travel opportunities, connect with schools and professional resources, and explore other career opportunities within imaging.

  • Yes. Some recruiters will participate virtually, and attendees will be able to reserve time to speak with them.

Scheduling recruiter conversations is highly encouraged, and attendees who reserve eligible recruiter appointments may also be entered into a special giveaway.

  • No. The Imaging Collective does not sell, distribute, or provide attendee personal information to recruiters, employers, sponsors, or vendors.

If you want an organization to receive your information, you must choose to provide it yourself—for example, by scanning that organization's QR code, completing its form, or speaking directly with its representatives.

Scholarships, Giveaways & Media

CELEBRATE | RECOGNIZE | SHARE

Scholarship details, prizes, and event photography.

  • It depends on the opportunity.

The two scholarships provided by A Couple of Rad Techs and Rachel the Radiographer have already been awarded.

Additional scholarship opportunities may be announced during the event. Some will require the recipient to be present, while others may not. Eligibility and participation requirements will be explained with each opportunity.

The same applies to giveaways. Some prizes will require you to be present when the winner is announced, while other giveaways may be awarded or fulfilled after the event.

  • Yes. Professional photography and videography will take place throughout The Imaging Collective.

Event images and video may be used by Mat-Rice Media LLC and its affiliated brands for event coverage, promotional materials, websites, social media, future Imaging Collective marketing, and other media content.
